The Exen Handy Vibrator E32FP is a compact and lightweight concrete vibrator designed for precise internal concrete consolidation. Featuring a flexible rubber hose between the motor and vibrating head, the unit allows easy maneuvering, making it ideal for residential foundations, masonry work, precast concrete testing, and retaining wall construction.
Maintenance is simplified thanks to fluorine-coated bearing cases and inlet portions, which make adhered concrete easy to remove. The double-filtered inlet prevents mortar from entering the internal components, while an improved exhaust port design further simplifies maintenance.
The vibrator operates with low noise, reducing operational sound by 5 dB through the combination of the anti-dust double filter and enhanced exhaust port. Additionally, the dual isolation structureresin insulation between the armature shaft and field core, and between the motor casing and field coreenhances safety. An internal insulation cover further protects the lead wires.
Operator comfort is improved with a vibro-isolation rubber between the handle and motor casing, reducing vibration transmitted to the user. The motor casing, made from aluminum die-cast, ensures light weight and excellent durability, suitable for demanding construction tasks.
